1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
No changes (size, colour etc.) can be made once your order has been confirmed. There will be no exchange and refund for cancellation of orders.

Orders will be mailed within 3 working days upon payment verification.Mails are only sent out on weekdays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Please allow 1-7 working days for the delivery of your parcel.
Registered mail is strongly encouraged for the tracking of parcels. ONMI will not be liable for any loss of parcels delivered under normal mailing option.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Do allow for slight variation of colours/shades that appear on the website from the actual product due to studio lightings.
Measurements of products are taken as accurately as possible. However, please allow approximately 1” difference from stated measurement due to mass production. Under such conditions, it should not be seen as a defect.
Following considerations will not be taken as defect:
For colour-dye products, products may produce different dyeing tones and will not be entirely the same.
No exchange or refund will be made for product that does not fit or not deemed defective. ONMI will not be responsible for any damage caused during delivery.
